Here In The Kingdom

Here in the Kingdom, kindness rules!  A world with empathy, equality, compassion and inclusivity being the driving force.

Is it easy? Not always. We are all faced with people or situations at some point in time that push our buttons and can escalate a situation to a point where it spins out of control.  To avoid that happening we would be wise  to be proactive and implement the core values of the Kindness Kritters.  We need to ask...

  • 1) Do I have the ability to feel what others feel and respond accordingly?  And if I don't, do I have the ability to extend grace to them and try to understand?
  • 2) Do I truly believe that everyone has the same rights as I do and that they be treated as an equal?
  • 3) Do I have the ability to be compassionate about what they have gone through or are going through?
  • 4)Do I believe everyone should be included for a best life possible based solely on the fact that they are a human being?

Life's not always easy.  Especially when we feel that we are having to sacrifice more and bear the burden of others. By nature we are often selfish when we fail to see the bigger picture. It's times such as those that we need to be inspired and motivated to do better and be better. Hence the creation of the Kindness Kritters. A colorful and quirky visual reminder that though we don't look the same or have the same lives...we can still extend a little kindness in an effort to elevate others and not deflate our fellow mankind.

We don't have to like peoples choices or agree with their choices, but we need to treat them with the same kindness as an equal human being.

My kind little angels who inspire me to be a better person everyday:

Shiloh Bishop, Noelle Grace, David Asher (Dash) and Trinity Day

Freedom of Speech

Here in the kingdom, if you can't figure out a way to say what you want to say nicely, then please keep your words to yourself. But feel free to give yourself an earful.
